Shipping and Delivery
Shipping to UK
Due to the new VAT laws in effect starting July 1st 2021, we can now only ship to the UK via our etsy shop. Please visit https://www.etsy.com/shop/Lumichee for shipping to the UK! Sorry for the inconvenience!
Shipping to European Union (EU)
Due to the new toy shipping laws in effect starting July 1st 2021, we can no longer ship plush to Countries a part of the EU. (No longer including the UK!) We can still ship non-toy items such as pins!
Processing Times
In-stock items take 1-5 business days to fulfill. Preorder item processing times will be noted on individual listings.
International Orders/ Customs Fees
International orders may require customs fees by your government. Customs fees are the buyers responsibility and are out of our control.
Lost Packages
Unfortunately once packages leave our hands, they are out of our control. We cannot be held responsible for items lost by the post office, or stolen off doorsteps. If your tracking says delivered, but it hasn't arrived, please contact your local post office directly!
Returns and Exchanges
Returns/Exchanges
We do not allow returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged or incorrect. Any mistakes on our part will of course be handled properly so you receive the item you purchased! Please email us if you have any problems with your order, and we will work with you to get it solved!

Why is shipping $____?
Unfortunately that’s just how much USPS charges us for shipping! It’s the least expensive option available for our current packaging. Thank you for understanding!
When will __ item be back in stock?
Limited edition items will not be restocked after they sell out. Non-limited items will be restocked if demand is high enough! Feel free to email us with specific questions, or follow our social media to see updates! @lumicheeshop on Instagram and Twitter
My order hasn’t arrived, what should I do?
Please check the tracking to see where your order is. If there is a problem, please contact your local post office to see if they can help! If there is still an issue, feel free to email us and we will do our best to help.
